maybe you've read all the trick tips in the net. here's one thing to keep in mind: do the pop-drag-level routine SIMULTANEOUSLY. or almost simultaneously. the quicker you are the better. as you get used to the ollie, it'll become instinctive to you.
also shift your front foot on its side. like you're scraping the griptape with the side of your shoe. feel the drag. feel the ollie.
and remember to inspire yourself with anything that inspires you. 95% of the time you'll get slammed and racked up in skateboarding. so get some inspiration to avoid frustration. but when you land your tricks during that 5%, it's worth it.
