lol ok dude. apparently your new. what i dont see is why your referring to the net for help HAHAHAHA o;kay well heres some basic instructions but you will fall on your face if this is all you go off of. first you have to get the footin on the board. you can go goofy-footed or regular. place your back foot on the tail but not hangin off the thing.your front should be about ummm middeck. bend your knees kinda like...well your ridin under some short thing. now u gotta do this next part fast and together. kinda stomp your back foot down and jump up with the board while dragging your front foot up to regular position and snap your front foot back down to even the board out. unless your doin it to prep for a trick dont snap back down hard. if your trying to grind snap back down like right when you get ur board on the rail or whatever ur grindin on. but hey get help from somebody physically cuz kid you are CLUELESS. peace love and mad air, courtney.
