Hmm.. Well maybe Encyclopedia would be too strong a word, let's stick to Guide.
I am making a page for all of you who get confused about where exactly in the future we are in this game. I need some input from you.. How far should our technology reach? I admit I am not the best person to set standards for weapons and ships. Any terms I should know would be helpful. Most of this will be just suggestions and anything more inventive will be welcomed. But there will be limits on the strength of weapons and medical technology.. just for fairness. An example: a handgun cannot blow up an entire building or ship. Hand guns are not normally long range. If you are dead.. you cannot be rejuvinated unless done so within seconds of the stopping of the heart... Just simple things such as that.
Soo, if you have anything you want included, anything you think I should know or you can help me with.. it would all be helpful!
