 "I told you I don't know him I swear!" Mirino yells with her fists and elbows together. The cop walks over to the two-way glass and shakes his head.
"She knows his name and occupation, that's all we got." The captain says as he scratches his nose. "Your gonna have to let her go if you don't get something soon. We can't just hold her here, even if she witnessed this Nicholas guy shot a cop." The good cop circles the desk where his partner and Mirino are sitting. The bad cop slams his fist into the table.
"He had a wife and kid! I know you saw who killed him! TELL ME!" Mirino shudders and starts to tear up. The good cops looks at his partner.
"Come on man, she's just a kid, why don't you leave so I can talk to her?" The bad cop storms out of the room. "I'm sorry about my partner, he has a bad temperment. I can only delay him a bit, so it's my advice that you tell me what you saw." The bad cop arrives beside his captain snickering.
"How'd I do?"
"...Making little girls cry isn't our department's priority." The captain looks at him with a cold stare.
"You know she saw somethin!" He shouts infuriated. The captain crosses his arms and looks back through the mirror.
"It's ok, he won't be back for a while. Tell me what you saw." The good cop says trying to coax an answer out of her. "Did Nick do this?" Mirino violently shakes her head no. "Who did?" under her breath she responds.
"Wuth..."
"Did you get that?" The captain asks hurrily to the bad cop.
"Who?" The good cop asks with a bit of a smile on his chubby face.
"It was Wuth." She replies sniffling and wiping her eyes.
"Find out who she's taking about." The captain says to the cop beside him, who exits the viewing room quickly.
"Can I go home now?" Mirino asks looking the round cop with a childish look in her eyes.
"Not just yet, but it'll be soon."
