 Nick after sitting outside for an hour decides to go back up and talk to Mirino about how he was after the wrong person and that he was wrong (that doesnt happen very often well not as much as he likes to admit)
He slowly makes his way back up to the apartment and knocks on the door
He is greeted by Fransica's stern and unhappy face
"umm... hello Mrs. Merrit i was wondering if i could talk to Mirino i was really sorry about leaving earlier and i wanted to see if she still wanted to go out and get some dinner by any chance?"
"I dont think he wants to talk to you"
"well you see i am under a large amount of pressure, you see i just started working and i sell parts to plantary travlers and that was one of my biggest clients and i really needed to talk to him and i am really sorry about the whole thing and i was wondering if it wasnt too late if she would like to go out and get some soup and noodles with me?"
"I think its too late and i really doubt she would like to go out and get some dinner with you!"
"Please if i give you her number should be please call me i really would like to talk to her"
Hands her a his card (yes he has cards)

"If He can't get it he will sure find if for you"

The door slams in Nicks face
"ohh man this is going to be bad....."
Nick makes his way out of the housing complex and back to his apartment and goes through his training excercises and then order a small dinner and waits for a phone call or for his food to appear
