I just wanted to figure out how those pictures work....

But anyhow, seeings as I'm here, how about we keep the reffing simple? I reckon most people call advantage when it probably isn't. I've been upside down before off an illegal tackle, come up, and been called for five seconds because I didn't know whether they'd called the opposition for grabbing my face mask and mauling me...

Then I found out I'd been given advantage!!! (Before I lost it for not reading the lack of signal as play on).

So, let's be sensible. It has to be clear that the foul infact doesn't really affect play, surely?? So, a foul off the ball, like a stupid obstruction, play on... A paddle foul- I doubt you can play to advantage. After all, they've already been disadvantaged WITH the ball... So call it, for goodness sake. If you want the game to flow, card the whole lot of 'em with a green card for a particular persistent foul and THEN we'll see if it's impossible to play it cleanly.
