I think it becomes a gender issue when a person is xcluded from a team soley due to heir sex. perhaps NZCPA could form a specialist group (such as one formed for discussing the new copmetitions format) containing elite women and up and coming women and acutally hash through these issues rather than leaving it up to administrators who are not directly affected by changes. ???
