Please can one of you experts help? A few questions for you on squarebacks, sorry if they're a bit odd; I've been into vans, bugs and ghias for years but have never had any dealings with type 3's:
What sort of speed is the car happy to cruise along the motorway at, say for three hours? What MPG do you get? Do the back seats flip down; I need to occasionally transport my pushbike? Do they suffer from the famous cold-start problems of the bug and van? Are the heaters on type 3's any good? Finally, if anyone knows of a good example for sale, please let me know.
