New Years Day landed in Da Nang, went AWOL to see my only brother EO3 Howard Landis, a SeaBee in Chu Lai and they sent him home the next day. The whole place stinks, I'll never forget the smell. Flew up to Dong Ha and riverboat to Cua Viet.
