I have that vidio on tape. I took it off of a local newscast about 5 months ago and runs about a minute in length. At least I believe its the same vidio.

It's a mid afternood, bright clear day. The vidio starts out as a newlywed couple vidio taping the WTC from a helecopter, where the ufo just emerged from behind it. It held its position for about 5 seconds (like it was peeking out at the helecopter which was about 5-6 hundred yards (guessing) from the WTC.

Then it bolted out of the cameras range for a second in front of the helecopter and again held its position for about 10-15 seconds in the distance, in front of the helecopter. Then it abruptly flew right at the helecopter, banked, missing the helecopter by about 20 feet (you could even hear the "whooshing" of the air as it passed) and curved away and flew out of sight, leaving sort of a vapor trail behind it. It appeared to be about 20 to 25 feet in diameter, saucer shapped, and would have to see the vidio again for a more detailed discription.

Quite an amazing vidio. Had good resolution which enabled one to freeze frame and look more closely at details. The news cast played the tape three times and also in slow motion, which allowed me to freeze frame the slow motion.

I didn't see Bruce waving from any UFO windows though (just kidding). Raj
