I speak well but most of my generation does not. I was exposed to a lot of stuff and most of them were not. I know people that have never even been to an art gallery or sat and pondered the meaning of existence. Not all people can do that because not all people have done what I have done, seen what I've seen, and felt what I've felt because in all respects they are not me. If anyone on the board has a child expose them to as much as you can while there still young don't ever treat them as if they were just a minor because I know from my own experience and childhood that it just builds up resentment rather then wanting to follow you. The best teacher I ever had was Ms. Barns a 4th and 5th grade teacher who taught us to be individuals and question the norm. She let us have an enormous amount of independence and we (well most of us) respected her for it.

If everyone looks back at there life and thinks about if the had done this or said that there life would be better but then you must realize your life is the way it is because of your past and if your past was changed you wouldn't be who you are.

LOL why yes we are. I think that I remember that time. Boy did I slept for a long time the next day. The whole thing about you and monkey was really just a small thing what I really was trying to get across is that we (when I say we I mean the human race) shouldn't sell the youth of today short.

I know. In some ways I didn't really mean what I said and as I said the real point of the post was to say not to patronize the youth just because there young.
I want to make it known that I am not saying that all children are well behaved intelligent people. So don't patronize the youth but at the same time never drop your guard. The youth is just like the adults there are good people and bad people but they should all be treated with the same respect until they give you a reason not too.
