Subject: Maximum Rez & Colors of a Twin TurboMA (and M8 for that matter)?

hello all,

i'm probobly gonna be picking up a Twin Turbo 128 in the iminent future. Money is very tight for me, so its a toss up between one of the Twin Turbo's with 4mb of ram and 8mb of ram. If i can spend less on a 4 mb model and still run in millions of colors (16bit?) and at a higher resolution than 1024x768 with a decent refresh rate (around 70) than that is what i'd like to do.

i haven't found any solid information on what the max resolution, color, refresh rates are though. apple has taken down their older computer spec sheets (restructuring), which would have this info i assume, because the card was an oem product at one time.

would the 4mb Twin Turbo suffice? in a description on ebay some person says a 4 mb model can display millions of colors at like 1920x1280 resolution, but i question if this was not just cut and pasted from some description without much thought.

any solid information would be appreciated. thanks.
