Subject: Twin Turbo Gamma Loader not working

I just reformatted my hard drive, and now I can't get the Twin Turbo Gamma Loader to work. Every time I reboot, I have to manually open the Twin Turbo control panel to uncheck the Synch on Green box. When I reboot, I can see the Gamma Loader launch (its name appears in the menu bar briefly, then disappears). I just downloaded 4.0.6 off this site, and I'm running Mac OS 9.1 on a PowerTower Pro 250.
