I am having the same problem on my G4 since upgrading to 9.2.1 as well - the mac will work ok - as soon as any windows or any action takes place on the second display (which is driven by the TT128) the mac will freeze up. Even running with extensions off the problem occurs......I need 9.2 to run photoshop 7......am trying a couple of things - will let you know if I come up with a fix.....
