The pretty girl watches him, not caring if she seemed rude by staring at him. 'How can he be so egotistical!' she thinks. Shaking her head, and rolling her eyes, she leans over so he can hear her. "It is custom here to be polite, and not shout at women." she says, letting her tone reveal how annoyed she was with him.
