Hi all,
Mag,glad to hear from you that day, i was so angry that they just called me and take me off the flight just like that luckily i was able to complain to you! let me know the date again ok.

to the rest, just to let you know that on one of the flights to USA, the security officer went on one of our flights and did a check, and when they found metal knieves and scissors left in the compartment when all the plastic spoons are kept, they actually fine the company. and all the ranking crew on the flight were actually given 6 demerit points each. So if you are doing flights to states or london, do remember to place all metal knieves and scissors in the bar cart ok!

how did you know the ranking crew got demerit points? are they in your team?
