Yes, I can see where that might be confusing. She was in jail on bogus charges and she knew it and knew he knew it. He'd just done it to stop her from running. On the other hand, the other charges had good chance of sticking and including serious prison time. She knows he's angry and doesn't know what lengths he'll go for revenge. Does that clear everything up? Having them both this close to a king-size bed should be interesting. :D
