Well, I guess you'll just have to give up sleep, hon, so you can fit in an extra couple of stories. I've been thinking about Mikey with those powerful thighs of his, showing under his Roman armor, with his wide shoulders and muscles glistening and gleaming from exertion as he faces the fury of his foe--a tall, naked Pictish warrior, covered in mystic wode symbols, with curiously *blue* eyes... Tall enough to be a man, but definitely *not* a man. *g* Too bad Vikings were more into the 9th and 10th Cs, because, otherwise, I could see Nikita as being from one of the fair-haired Nordic races. :-D Still, I suppose she always could have been shipwrecked in her youth, or something. *wink* Adopted and raised by Picts, far from her Northern home... ;-D And Michael, for his part, could be a Frank--one of the forerunners of modern-day France--who later became a Roman citizen and rose through the ranks of the Roman military via his strategic brilliance, tactical mastery, intelligence, strength, and so much more. :-D The time period works out, and some of the Franks were allies/competitors with the Romans.
