Okay, get ready for the Evils of Satan America again. Iraq voluntarily is cutting their oil ouput to protest Israel's actions. HOWEVER, since Iraq is exporting on an Oil for Food basis, guess who is going to get the blame again for starving Iraqi citizens.....
