He is leaning to the right and only motions with his right hand and his weapon is on the right.
This means "You have the right" or "It is right to"

He is dressed in fatigues and they are cleaned and pressed.

This means "Proudly wear the uniform"

He keeps swallowing.

He is trying to get the message across to "go get a drink".

He keeps speeking poetry which makes no sense.

He is saying "do this until you are as crazy as me".

To sumarize Osama is telling his followers:

"It is right to dress up and go out and drink until all you can speak is jibberish."

I think this was his New Years Eve message to us all and I think I will take him up on it.
