What is a lesbian? A lesbian is the rage of all women condensed to the point of explosion. She is the woman who, often beginning at an extremely early age, acts in accordance with her inner compulsion to be a more complete and freer human being than her society - perhaps then, but certainly later - cares to allow her. These needs and actions, over a period of years, bring her into painful conflict with people, situations, the accepted ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, until she is in a state of continual war with everything around her, and usually with her self.

Could this explain the unwarranted aggressive nature of certain women? Food for thought indeed....

I've run across all sorts on college campuses--many of them genuinely nice folks no matter what their social/political/sexual leanings.

Or, let me put this another way. Sexually comfortable and/or satisfied gay people are just as nice as sexually comfortable and/or satisfied straight people. The unsatisfied are just as mean either way. The really mean lesbians are the ones who aren't really lesbians but have talked themselves into trying it by taking someone else's fucking political views a little too seriously. They are the ones who think the nubilites are evil no matter what they do--cause everybody knows the men with tight asses are looking at the nubilites. A woman who has drowned her sexual frustrations in Ding-Dongs can't help being angry about that.
