Otherwise it would have been the same conversation. We already had three computers (his, mine, kids) all connected to a central router when the guy got here. We've since ditched the kids computer and they share mine. a full month passed and I couldnt stand it any longer. I called and demanded to know why I hadnt gotten my conversion CD. Charter.net tech support people are idgits. Go to yer uh... computer and right click. I am already in my network settings rattling off stuff. GIMME TIER 2 SERVICE PLEASE... oh what a relief.
