She smiles and pats her new horse happily. She then leads him into a clean stall. The floor is swept and polished and the whole stall glitters with cleanness. She smiles and unhooks Blackie. She then fills up a water bucket with fresh clean water. After she fills up a feed bucket with sweet feed, bran, horse nuts, and VERY small amounts of oil to make the coat shine and healthy, crushed vitamins and molasses. A piece of sliced apple lays neatly on top. She then fills a hay net with the sweetest alfalfa meadow hay imaginable. A salt lick and mineral lick lay in the far corners of the stall, with a horse toy. Conditioned bridle and saddle with clean saddle pads lay out front. Also a grooming kit. A large paddock and arenas lay out front. Krista then pats Blackie and smiles. Krista walks in grooming box in hand. She leads Blackie out into the isle way and pats Blackie continually and speaking to him softly. *

*Curry comb in hand she starts to rub the brush getting all the dirt and shedding hair, in circles. When she is sure every piece of dirt and shedding hair is off she brushes it all of with a hard brush, leaving a dull yet very clean coat. She then brushes with a soft brush a lot of times and comes up with a shiny, healthy, clean coat. Even the legs glimmer. She then carefully walks up to his face, not wanting to startle him she lets him smell the face mitt. When she is sure he does not mind she rubs his face gently just like with the currycomb. For the face she uses the soft brush to get all the hair off of leaving a strikingly beautiful shimmering face.*

*She then slowly gets out clippers and shows them to Blackie, hoping he likes them. She puts them on slow speed so Blackie can get used to the sound, and gently pushes it against his coat. She lets it stay there a couple of minutes, so he gets used to it then gives him a sugar cube as a reward. She then works quickly clipping all the winter fur, leaving a summer coat. She then feeds another sugar cube. *

*Working quickly fearing that the horse may get bored she turns on the hose and hoses him gently down getting all the hair from the clipping off leaving a stunning coat, also putting a little mild soap for a healthy coat. She uses a sweat scraper and walks him around until dry. She combs through his mane, tail, and forelock until there are no more knots. She sighs at the hard work(She ONLY CLIPS ONCE A YEAR, AND HOSES DOWN ONLY IF REALLY MUDDY AND ONCE A MONTH FOR A BATH.)*

* She leads Blackie back in his stall, picks his hooves and lets him eat. When he was done she would take him to the paddock. While he eats she looks at his completely clean, clipped, and bathed ho
