We will be using those "RP" skills to determine how things go. For example, at least as far as I see it at this point, if a NPC is talking to your character, the DM will look at your persuade skill and roll dice or use the in game DM tools to come up with a random number and actually check it against your skill. We'll probably be running those sorts of things just like a table top game, so I wouldn't neglect those skills in the final Faalor campaign if it makes sence for your character.
