It didn't seem like he'd been home a month and already he was hurrying to get ready to go back to school, he hadn't spent nearly the time that he had wanted to with his sisters and family and friends... but the work load he had was immense, and to say this was his first year did not fill him with much hope. Still, the work wasn't difficult for him and he'd achieved his goal of getting out of this place... though he was almost wishing he didn't have to return so soon.

He flipped through a thick text book , a pen in his mouth, his brow furrowed somewhat...

She wandered in - she'd been so busy with schoolwork that she'd let herself fall behind on that she'd hardly had time to enjoy the Christmas holiday. Now, though, she had what was left of it to relax before the next semestre started and the theatre society started up with another peice to keep her distracted from her work. Of course he recognized her, if he had any appreciation for any sort of art - and the school's gossip paper. She'd been the first freshman to land a leading role in the theatre society's play since it had begun - and done a hell of a job at it as well. A brow raised sharply at that. Since they'd both gotten to Memorial, they'd more or less gone their own ways. On occasion, however, they'd have a spurt of about a month long where they'd date, but then let it go again - she was finding herself unsatisfied with what he offered to their relationship. "Ahh...
