She sat on the wooden floor of the porch, sighing gently as she looked over the settlement details their lawyer had handed over... The dick wouldn't settle for less than twenty thousand outright...and none of them had that money laying around... Isaac was still refusing to plead not guilty, saying it would take back that he'd ever done it and making his revenge for Storm less valid... While she pulled her hair out, trying to comprimise with him while he got into more trouble inside and had a new bruise every time she saw him.

Watching her family fall apart was like watching his own - he'd always been close to Isaac and now that he was all loved up with Aly, it was equally hard - and she herself was so worked up about it, working so hard... he hated it, and he'd started to formulate a little something. He raised an abrupt brow but he believed her - it was as though everything that Ice had developed into since he'd spent his first stint in jail had disappeared as soon as they'd put the orange jumpsuit on him.
