On the November 4 1972 show, Nights In White Satin by the
Moody Blues was played in its 6 1/2 minute album version,
and on the January 8 1972 show, American Pie by Don McLean
was played in its full 8 1/2 minute version. Does anybody
know if Layla by Derek & The Dominoes or Sweet Child O'Mine
by Guns 'N' Roses were ever played unedited on AT40?
