That still doesn't make sense, because "Baby Got Back" by
Sir Mix-A-Lot failed to reach the top 10 on the Billboard
Top 40 Radio Monitor, but nevertheless managed to rank as
the #94 song for 1992. In the opposite extreme, "Finally"
by Ce Ce Peniston only made it to number 4 on the weekly
AT40 survey but was able to make it to #10 for the year.
