Temporal paradox is were an event in the future dictates an event in the past.

The Progenator, the one from which most/all Nietzschean trace their lineage, went in to the "route of ages" (into the future) where Beka was traped in the Seefer (C4?) system. Met here and took her genetic samples back with him in to the past, thereby creating (aiding) the genetic foundation of the race. Making her a Queen to Rhade, or Alpha mother. Which is kind of creepy to Rhade because he was attracted to his "mother" & because he looked at her with contempt and disgust as she was a "cludge"
