If you thought I was a little hard on the series finale you should check out the official Andromeda site amongst others. Talk about ripping all the meat from the bone, they BBQ'd the show! I keep forgetting how much fans enjoy nitpicking a storyline and this time, deservedly so, really do a number on everything Dylan could have used...but didn't.
It was bad storytelling and many fans feel cheated regardless of how season five opens. My guess is they'll be a new writing staff in place which will try to pickup the pieces. Each writer should be issued an updated "bible" on the show so they know what's available for them to work with.
