In reply to: Maigrey 's message, "Re: Anyone feel Uncomfortable Posting on Boards?" on 20/01/03 9:39pm

I have to say I have been at other boards even before the ridiculous dabacle that occurred last week. I was at the Slipstream Underground and though hmm maybe this will be okay (that was before the slights against Kevin)then I decided I would do what normally do..reply to only those that interest me. I know that on one particular board (the philosphysphere-which in my opinion should be the next to shut down) if you lurk and only randomly post you are considered a troll. How frelling stupid is that? You also apparently have to get the other members permission to email them. ? before emailing them..so I was basically threatened and asked to leave.

Anyway the point to this long winded post is...not really. However I do understand what you are both feeling and hope that it will pass.
