I didn't want to put this in the original poem, sometimes I think discussion of the piece on the actual post ruins what I've written. Nevertheless, I really want help on this one. Is it even worth salvaging? I'm not sure if I want to ditch the rhymes or the chunk of prose poetry in the middle, or erase the entire thing and rewrite the idea. I'm not sure if I'm even getting across the feeling I want.

I stayed up late for this, and I'm not sure if it was worth it. "Help me out, please . . ." begs a very tired StephL. :)
