I feel the wind,
Blowing in through
My window.
Turning away from my desk,
Staring---
Past the light maple
Cought off guard by the metal mesh
Only small holes with which to look through
Too confined,
Open the screen
Look
Look
Look
Into the world.

Slowly,
leaning forward,
I feel the pressure of the sill
against my chest
sliping
Sliding
falling out my window.

Smiling I realize I've escaped,
I'm out there,
Picking blue lilies
and waving my hand across the grain.
Feeling the gren grass
Growing right between my toes
Looking up I see the ever blue sky..
So clear,
Pure,
Innocent.
And the Sun
Oh! The sun!

Smash!
The window looses hold
Crashes down...
Back at my desk,
I have awoken from my dream.
