Yay! My block! My block, I think it's gone!


The Hunting of the Snarkus.
(based on a true story)

Tim awoke on a morning fair
Took a breath of morning air
He looked across the room and there
Saw Snarkus in his underwear.
The boy was combing his curly hair
Each stroke was made with painful care.
Tim, he couldn't help but glare
As Snarkus turned around to stare.

He asked, "Will it be cold today?"
When Tim said yes, he seemed dismayed.
Perhaps he'd hoped to spend the day
Dressed in that peculiar way.
