If you notice the date of which this poem was posted, the very day this tragic occurance happened, There was confusion, fear, undescribable emotions. of course one is going to feel alone and as though god is not present.

Everyone was looking for answers as to why this happened and yes many things have happened since then, they've found survivors, the americans have grown together and gained strength from this - but it's 10 days on, the questions have not been answered but the fear has subsided a little bit.

on the 11 September 2001, the american's world was almost shattered, there was chaos everywhere, no-body knew what was going to happen next, how many people were going to die, if there was going to be any survivors, people were scared, and they had damn right to be. I believed that P'rock's post explained and described the pain and fear that each and every american was feeling on that day.

I'm sorry but in my opinion, reading your post of which you posted yesterday 21 September, 10 days after the original post has kind of disturbed me with the (not so much the insensitivity) but the lack of understanding of what some people if not all of the people of america was feeling on that VERY day.

I live in Australia and my boyfriend was talking to some people on MIRC at the time when someone in America announced that the Trading Centre had just been hit, that was about 12.30 in the morning Australian time, we watched the tv for about 2 or more hours that night in total shock, we were both devastated by what was going on, we couldn't imagine what the amercian population was feeling, I know how it affected the Australians and i could only imagine that it would be 1000 times worse then what each of us was feeling. I think P-rock's post pretty much summed it up, and it gave me a small indication of what an American was feeling at the time.

Again i apologise if this post is uncalled for, but these are my thoughts on your post.
