This may sound like a stupid comment, but I'm sick, and drowsy from medication so bear with me... Perhaps one is not stronger than the other, only that one is more noticeable... Love is often portrayed as a sort of blazing passion, and yet, I would describe most of the love I've felt, as more of a sort of peace. When you're in pain, it is always there, pulling at you, turning your stomach, exhausting you with its presence. When you feel love, there's a calm, a lightness... but it also, is always there. And sometimes, don't you feel both at once? If anyone will know what I mean it's you BY... when you look into those soft brown eyes, and feel so much love, and see such beauty that you can't breathe? That your heart contracts the same way it does when the world falls down around you... when those eyes aren't there?
Perhaps I am mearly a madwoman tonight...
Before I go, I must add this though; P-rock, this was amazing. Brilliantly raw and full of truth. It brought me back to moments I had longed to forget with all the harshness of a knife reopening a rotting wound.
my thanks for sharing with us... we needed something to bring us all back together... we seem to have been drifting as of late.
Fare all thee well,
the Lady
