He wasn't yet fully grown but only a few weeks to a month older than No No. 'is howl came suddenly to an end with a short, low barn on th' end. He'd make 'is presence known first wit' sound an' then 'e would show 'imself if the pack the vixin had spoken of was indeed for th' most part friendly. 'e stood within a clump of trees an' shrubs but it could be seen that 'e was greatly injured an' that there were still bleeding wounds covering most of 'is gray coat. 'e hoped to stop them before th' hunt for along the way 'e had seen a herd of deer heading more or less this way an' it seemed to be coming quickly. 'e was actually surprised th' herd had not beat 'im here.
