For starters, I had to throw away a patch, retail $5.50! The darned thing would NOT stick. I even tried adding medical tape, but it still wouldn't adhere to my skin. Had to stop with the "sugarless" gums and candies, the "side effects" are difficult to manage, even with immodium! Took 1/2 a xanax, and ended up sleeping for 2 hours instead of reading the book I was trying to read.

I DID get a little work done on my painting, but my hands are too shakey to do more right now. So I'm watching an NCIS rerun, and playing games on the computer. I'd LIKE to go outside for a while, but it is just too darned HOT!

Just feeling edgy and "out of sorts", and don't like feeling that way.

So, O.K., pity party over, back to trying to forgt about smokes for a while!
