It's been a tough day, but I didn't smoke!

Didn't work out, but did take my granddaughter shopping "until she dropped". LOL! The smoking "urges" have been really strong all day, probably because this is the first day that I've gone out and done a "normal" Saturday set of errands (when I smoked the entire time I was in the truck). Every time I got out the keys, I looked for a smoke and lighter. Made for a rough day all day. I tried the candies/gum (sugarless and low cal), but I couldn't relax until I took a pill, THEN I fell asleep, literally "crashing" for almost 4 hours.
