It is nontaxable. And who pays your health insurance. Don't tell me the government because you pay very high taxes in Canada to pay for that healthcare. Nothing is free.....even if somebody else pays for it. My healthcare is part of my benefits and thus I worked for it. National healthcare will be paid for by people paying taxes and it will be more expensive than private healthcare....and not as good.
