Mexico, I bet you're right. The US and Canada and Mexico are working toward a North American monolith, under US 'guidance', of course.

Afghanistan and Iraq, I think, are still vulnerable to events unforseen. As the US presence dwindles, interests opposed to the Washington puppet government may intensify their efforts. That could swing a halt to the bleedoff for Afghanistan, or Obama may say 'C'ya, wouldn't wanna b'ya', and continue the shift, leaving them only airpower and intel assets. That would make for a long, nasty, bloody circumstance with no conclusion.

A drawdown of forces in Europe with the overtures of France, I can see. Yes. Korea, highly unlikely.

Good predictin. Seems quite solid.
