Although varicose veins certainly lack popularity -- they are right down there with cellulite for the least desirable bodily attribute -- they are actually quite "popular" in that a great many people have them.Up to 30 million Americans have these ropey, bulging veins, usually on the legs. Women age 30 and older are most commonly affected, but no one is immune. Even Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones "can't get no satisfaction" -- he reportedly has calves crisscrossed by them. There are things you can do to reduce them:
Do regular exercise. Walking, running, cycling & swimming keep blood vessels healthy.
Stick to a high-fibre & low-salt diet. Kick off the high heels. Avoid tight-fitting clothings or undergarments that restrict blood flow at the waist, groin & legs (e.g. girdles, stockings & socks). If elastic stockings are recommended, wear them before getting out of bed in the morning. Don't leave legs crossed or bent for a long period. If work requires prolonged standing or sitting, move & stretch those legs, rotate ankles & wiggle the toes once in a while. Do leg stretching exercises daily. Raise legs above the level of the heart whenever possible. Rest those legs on pillows while sleeping. Stop smoking Although varicose veins aren't usually considered a significant health problem, they can make life miserable. "Varicose veins shouldn't be viewed as only a cosmetic concern," said Dr. Alan Hirsch, a specialist in vascular medicine at the University of Minnesota. Often, the discomfort over the veins' appearance is equalled by the aching pain they can cause, particularly after a long day of sitting or standing. In addition, the veins may signal a higher risk for other more serious blood vessel disorders. visit: http://www.nikhar-e-arab.com/varicoseveins.html

Don't skip breakfast. You will lose weight more quickly if you have a

bite to eat in the morning. Drink hot water with lemon Eat hot meals

rather than cold. Your metabolism speeds up very slightly when you eat

and again if the food is hot. Do at least thirty minutes of

cardiovascular exercise, five days a week. This will condition you to

burn fat more efficiently. Don't deprive your body of carbohydrates,

no matter what they say.
You need carbs for energy and will feel terrible without them. Wear a

pedometer and see that you take 1,000 steps every day. If you have a

sit-down job, get up every hour and walk around for five minutes or

so. Dedicate two hours a week to weight training, concentrating on the

larger muscles. Every other day is optimal. visit:

Craving chocolate? Eat a banana. It sometimes satisfies the yearning for chocolate and is much less fattening. Chew sugarless gum. It speeds up the digestive system, burning more calories, and sometimes kills a craving. Exercise! Your appetite will temporarily subside and you'll feel better about taking such a proactive approach. Still craving chocolate? Try a magnesium supplement. Many women are deficient in this mineral, which is found in chocolate. Craving fatty foods? Eat fish, or take a fish oil or flaxseed oil supplement. You may be low in essential fatty acids. Grab something to drink. Sometimes, cravings for food are really thirst in disguise. Sweet tooth? Protein, fat and fiber keep blood sugar levels more even and help keep such cravings under control. Watch your caffeine intake. Caffeine seems to make sugar cravings worse. If your will power weakens at night, try leaving the lights on until the minute you go to bed. Dimmed lights tend to lower inhibitions. Turn off the lights in your kitchen and avoid hanging out there. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/stopfoodcraving.html

Apply hand lotion and begin to massage the palm of your hand with the thumb of your other hand. This will help to circulate the blood. Work your way over the remainder of the hand and then repeat giving equal time to the other hand. Before color is applied to nails, they must be cleaned and the easiest way to do this is with an orange stick that has been wrapped with cotton. Dip into nail polish remover and then rub over the surface of the nail. Check the nail for any creamy residue. When none remains, your nails will be ready for polishing. Time for color. Pick up a small amount of polish on your brush and paint one stroke down the center of your nail. Your brush should hold just enough color to accomplish this. Stroke the sides of the nail and you are done. The nail should be completely colored in three strokes. Allow to set for a minute or so before applying the second coat. Wait until polish is set (dry to the touch) and then apply the top coat. Don't skip this step as it not only adds life to your manicure, it will protect your nails as well. Sanitize all of your equipment with alcohol and when they are dry, store them away until the next manicure. Nail Tips: Nail polish can be stored in the fridge. If your nail polish is too thick, try thinning with a polish thinner. To prevent the cap from sticking, coat it with a little Vaseline to prevent this from happening. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html

* Have you gathered all of your essential and important documents? Have you had them translated into English or French?
* Have you considered buying health insurance for the time you are travelling and for the short period before you become eligible for Canada's medicare system?
* Do you know what you can and cannot bring into Canada?
* Have you prepared yourself for finding work in Canada?
* Have you researched Canada's labour market in general? Have you used the Internet to learn about finding work in Canada?
* Have you considered living in one of Canada's smaller or medium-sized cities, or in a rural community? Have you used the Internet to learn about these choices?
* Have you considered the season and climate you will find when you arrive, and the clothing that you will need?
* Have you considered contacting an immigrant-serving organization soon after you arrive in Canada?
* Have you considered taking English or French lessons through the LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) program?
The best way to adjust to your new home will be to get involved! Try to speak English or French as much as possible, even if you make mistakes. Ask questions when you need help. Most people are pleased to help and will understand your needs. With time, you will feel more and more at home. Canada and Canadians will welcome you and your family into the larger Canadian family. Good luck on your journey! visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com

Don't skip breakfast. You will lose weight more quickly if you have a bite to eat in the morning. Drink hot water with lemon Eat hot meals rather than cold. Your metabolism speeds up very slightly when you eat and again if the food is hot. Do at least thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise, five days a week. This will condition you to burn fat more efficiently. Don't deprive your body of carbohydrates, no matter what they say.
You need carbs for energy and will feel terrible without them. Wear a pedometer and see that you take 1,000 steps every day. If you have a sit-down job, get up every hour and walk around for five minutes or so. Dedicate two hours a week to weight training, concentrating on the larger muscles. Every other day is optimal. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/spendupmetabolism.html

Canada is a land of many cultures and many peoples. Aboriginal peoples have occupied the territory now called Canada for several thousands of years. Everybody else, either by birth or by descent, has been an immigrant - we have all come from somewhere else. It has been said that Canada is a "nation of immigrants."There are three main groups of Aboriginal peoples in Canada: the First Nations, the Inuit and the Métis. There are more than 50 different languages spoken by Canada's Aboriginal peoples, most of which are spoken only in Canada. In fact, the name "Canada" may have come from the word "Kanata," which means a settlement in the language of the Huron-Iroquois First Nations peoples. As a country, Canada came into being on July 1, 1867. This event is known as "Confederation." Before 1867, the French arrived first, then the British. Each brought their own language, system of government, laws and culture. In 1763, after a long war between the British and the French, all of Canada came under British rule and was known as "British North America." In the late 18th and into the 19th century, during and after the time of the American Revolution, many African-Americans and United Empire Loyalists fled the United States for Canada, where British ties remained and slavery had been abolished. During the mid- to late 19th and early 20th century, waves of immigrants arrived from Europe, attracted by the opportunity of a new and better life in Canada. Some settled in towns and cities; others worked in factories, mines and lumber camps. Many were farmers who turned the Prairie region into wheat fields. Asian immigrants from China, Japan and India settled mainly in the western provinces during this time. Many immigrants helped build Canada's national railways, which joined the east and west coasts and opened up the interior for settlement. After both world wars, thousands of Europeans came to Canada as immigrants and refugees and helped build Canada's post-war economy. Over the last 50 years, people from all over the globe have sought a better life or have sought refuge in Canada, fleeing civil wars, political unrest and natural disasters. Canada still needs the skills, talents and enthusiasm of newcomers to build our country, together with those who have come before them. All of this has been reflected in Canada's immigration and refugee policies. Today, Canada is home to immigrants from more than 240 countries. Most newcomers decide to become citizens of Canada, after they are settled and have met the requirements of Canadian citizenship. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/history.htm

Limit yourself to no more than two servings of red meat per week. Make sure that no more than a quarter of your calories comes from fat. Cook your own meals at home and avoid eating at restaurants as much as possible. Eat six to eleven servings of complex carbohydrates (fruits and whole grain breads, pasta and cereals), but avoid white flour when possible. Don't go crazy on the protein. Too much doesn't add muscle, contrary to popular belief. It just turns to fat. Boycott mayonnaise and butter (or margarine). Get them out of your refrigerator. Learn to live without them. Don't be afraid to try low or reduced fat versions of your favorite foods. You may actually like them better when you don't feel guilty eating them. Stay away from energy bars, which imply that they will transform you into a fit person. Most of them are loaded with calories. Make your own smoothies. Those made commercially usually contain fattening syrups, but your home-made smoothies (without the gunk) are very healthy. Use all the garlic, oregano, etc. that you want. Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't pack your food with flavor. Pack a sandwich made with whole-grain bread for lunch. Breads with high fibre make you feel fuller than white bread. Get at least 25 grams of fibre every day. Not only does it ward off disease, but it actually blocks the absorption of calories. Don't be fooled by "fat free" labels. Many of these foods contain a lot of sugar, which eventually turns into fat anyway.
Don't fall into the "it's okay to eat chicken" trap. The Crispy Chicken and Filet o' Fish sandwiches at McDonalds each contain more than twice the fat of a McDonald's hamburger. If you need whipped cream, whip up chilled evaporated skim milk - your creation will contain only half a gram of fat per cup. Use extra water in hot cereals to reduce the amount of milk and butter you use. Use seasoned rice vinegar on salads and veggies. It tastes similar to oil and vinegar, but is is fat-free and has very few calories. Cook rice in a mixture of half water, half fruit juice to give it subtle flavor without butter and salt. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/howtoeat.html

Bad breath (halitosis) is a common problem which often comes from the activity of bacteria in the mouth. Although there is no way of knowing for sure, most adults probably suffer from bad breath occasionally, with perhaps a quarter suffering on a regular basis. Bad breath is a sure-fire way to send potential suitors scrambling for the exits. Chances are, that yummy chicken you enjoyed at lunch is still hanging around in your mouth, which can cause less-than-pleasant-smelling bacteria to form, especially on your tongue. Our bad-breath weapon of choice is a tongue scraper, which some say resembles a medieval torture implement but is actually a disposable U-shaped plastic tool with tiny ridges on one side. It's very easy to use, and it will help clear away any leftover food and odor-causing bacteria that have settled on your tongue. Starting at the back of your mouth, gently drag the scraper along your tongue two or three times, rinsing it in between each pass. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/badbreath.html

This sitewill help you get ready to leave your home country and make a new life in Canada. It was written especially for newcomers. It tells you what documents you will need to bring, what to expect in the first few days and weeks, how to find a place to live, get a Social Insurance Number and a healthcare card, and find a job. It also explains what services you can expect to receive from the immigrant-serving organizations across Canada. You will also find useful information about Canada's geography, history, government and way of life, and how to become a Canadian citizen. You can either read this site from cover to cover, or one section at a time, depending on what you need to know. If you have access to the Internet, you can do more research before you leave for Canada by visiting the Web sites listed. A Newcomer's Introduction to Canada was written to give you helpful information for planning ahead, but it is not a detailed guide. When you arrive in Canada, you will be recieved a book called Welcome to Canada: What You Should Know, from the Government of Canada It contains specific information on all the practical aspects of living in Canada. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/synopsis.htm

Lining up or queuing: People normally line up or queue according to the principle of "first-come, first-served." They will be angry if you push ahead in a lineup instead of waiting your turn. Not smoking in private homes: Most Canadians do not smoke. When you are in people's homes, you should always ask their permission to smoke. If they do not smoke themselves, they may ask you to go outside to smoke. Being on time: You should always arrive on time - at school, at work and for any meeting. People who are often late may be fired from their jobs or suspended from school. Many Canadians will not wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for someone who has a business meeting. For social events, people expect that you will arrive within half an hour of the stated time. Respect for the environment: Canadians respect the natural environment and expect people to avoid littering (dropping waste paper and other garbage on the street or throwing it out of your car). They expect you to hold on to your garbage until you can find a proper garbage can. Bargaining: Bargaining for a better price is not common in Canada, but there are some exceptions. For example, almost everyone bargains for a better price when buying a car or a house, or other expensive items such as furniture. People who sell things privately may also bargain. Smart shopping: Stores compete with one another to attract customers, so it is wise to check and compare prices at different stores before you buy. Note: The price marked on goods in stores does not usually include the federal and provincial sales taxes, which add from 7 percent to 15 percent to the cost of an item, depending on the province in which you buy it. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/impsocial.htm

High collars shortens necks. Tight tops with short sleeves and breast pocket is detracting from your figure. Shoes with straps shortens your legs. The torso can be shortened or narrowed with seam lines, belts, bows, and collars. A short necklace can shorten your neck. A scarf or belt that hangs down toward the legs will make the legs appear longer. Knitted texture, lace, floras, prints, and plaids can assist in creating an illusion. Thicker vertical lines in plaids lengthens and slims. Wear a larger print where you want people to look and smaller print where you do not want them to look. An all over print can camouflage figure problems, but prints here and there can create a fuller you. Prints around the neck and over the shoulder can make your shoulders appear wider. Just wear prints near the parts of your figure's assets, because they are usually more eye catching than a solid color. When buying pants be sure they fit well. Defects are emphasized in a pair of pants that may go unnoticed in a skirt. Petite women. Petite women need to keep clothes in line, slim narrow belts. A slight contrast in colors and fitted lines will flatter you endlessly. Also stay with fabrics that are soft and flowing that fits well. Over powering prints should be avoided. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/fashionforyou.html

Shake your Body!
Every day find new ways to move your body. Use the stairs rather than an escalator or elevator. Walk your dog (or a neighbours' dog if you don't have one!) , chase your kids, play ball with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute cardiovascular class or body pump or kickboxing. Move more and feel better!
Cut the Fat
Don't eat the obvious fat in your diet such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Eat dairy products like cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts and even then in their low fat verions. Most are available in lower fat versions.

If in Portland Place, make sure to check out the embassies on the way. In London, there are few people as influential as Lord Edward Davenport. His mansion at 33 Portland Place (http://www.33portlandplace.com) is one of a kind.

Visiting London

While visiting London, don't forget these popular attractions. If you have always
dreamed of visiting London and seeing the sights, you may have wondering what
to do when you get there. There is so much to see and do in London when visiting
that to see everything could take months. What if you only have a couple of
weeks? Finding the tourist attractions that fit your agenda can be simplified
by using this list of some of the top hot spots for tourists visiting London.

Obviously, there is much more to London
than what is listed here. These are just the essentials to touring one of the
oldest cities in the world. Top Museums To See While Visiting London
First on our list is the National Gallery. It houses one of the greatest collections
of European paintings. If you are familiar with Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt
or Van Gogh, this museum houses those collections and several others from famous
artists. There are literally thousands of exhibits to see and it could take
days to see it all. Special guided tours and holiday events make visiting extra
fun. To get there, just ask to visit Trafalgar Square and walk from there. This
museum is often considered the number one place to see while visiting London.
Another great spot is the Natural History Museum. Kids dig the dinosaur exhibits.
Not to be missed is the earthquake simulator and an elephant bird egg. This
museum is interactive, educational and rewarding for anyone with a curious mind.
Located on Cromwell Road, this museum is great for families.
London isn't just a great place
to visit the hundreds of museums; you can also take a peek at some of its most
favorite landmarks. London is well
known for its palaces and other historical buildings that allow visiting and
tours. One of the most highly visited buildings in the London
area is Buckingham Palace. It gives you the opportunity to see the Royal Throne
Room, Ballroom and more on it's tour. Don't forget the world famous changing
of the guards. Also, the Palace gardens are exquisite for anyone who likes to
see a little green. You won't want to forget your camera.

The Tower of London, a highly recommended place for anyone visiting the city,
offers tours throughout most of the year. This tower began its life in 1078,
when William the Conqueror first ordered its construction. The tower itself
has been the location of palaces, prisons and even a zoo. Learn of its history
by taking a free guided tour of this most famous tower, home of the Crown Jewels
of England. The Rest Of The Best To See While Visiting London If looking for
an experience you'll never forget, London offers its unique London Dungeon.
This frightening tour offers an image of London in its most deadliest and frightening
times. This fun adventure let's you explore the Great Plague, Jack the Ripper
and more killer fun. For a family vacation, London offers its visitors a fantastic
zoo. The London Zoo offers exotic animals, tiny and strange bugs and loads of
fun for guests of any age. With over 650 animals on display, you won't want
to miss this adventure. Admission also includes exquisite gardens, exceptional
architecture and fine art exhibits. Whatever sort of attractions you crave,
London offers some of the best in the world. When you book a trip, remember
the top picks but also invent your own adventure while visiting London, England.

We run a High-Class escort agency and it’s been a good number of years since
we first launched the London escorts
agency Bond & Mayfair web site. Originally we weren’t based on the
web at all, business has always been booming and all we had to do is rely on
adverts in magazines such as What’s On etc…good advertising is partly
what we needed to do. Times have changed but in fact for the better in many
ways as we are now the most recognised and respected escort agency in the UK.

To have a successful London escorts
agency you need to put in long hours with a lot of determination and dedication.
This is the minimum effort you need to actually stay in business in this industry,
a lot of people will try to bring you down and try to make you look small. They
think they know everything that there is to know but really and truly they don’t
know much at all, these are the ‘Bedroom Boyz’.

Looking at the industry from a distance it is getting much better as more and
more people are beginning to realise that acquiring cheap service from a so
called high-class London escort
agency is not always the right choice. Most of the time they get burnt.

Bond & Mayfair will at all times strive to provide the best value for you
and we constantly keep a perfect blend of old world service at the same time
keeping modern demands and comforts as high priority.

There are many others just likes us that are trying very hard to keep things
nice, clean, friendly and professional but the list is now beginning to grow
endlessly and only the best are being remembered.

owner living in central London

hard earned money in any venture. But if you are told that you Will get millions
in 60 days, will you will believe it? But it is Absolutely true!!. Can you spare
the amount of a good meal (Rs. 60) and Half an hour? Then read this and do it.
And see the results within 10 Days.
Invest only Rs.60! "We make you
a millionaire within days"
Invest only Rs 60/- earn good money from
home Be Indian millionaire with low investment of Rs. 60/- Earn through'
internet with very low investment of Rs. 60/-
*this is only for Indians
and for people within India.
*please read this thoroughly, fully and
carefully as each and every Word from first to last will certainly change your
life.
This can really make you easy money! But you have to try a little
for it to work!
This is your ladder to success, happiness and luxury.
Now you can get Anything that you had dreamt of getting. Get yourself involved
and reap The rewards on becoming a millionaire.
A few weeks back, i was
browsing through newsgroup, just like you are Now and came across an article
similar to this that said, you could Make lakhs of rupees within weeks with only
an initial investment of Rs.60!
So i thought, "Ok, right, this must
be a scam", but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading. /> Anyway, it said that you send rs.10 to the main database address stated
Below and to each of the other 5 sub addresses stated in the article. /> You then delete the name and address in the #1 and move the other four
Addresses up, that is 5 becomes 4, 4 becomes 3, 3 becomes 2, 2 becomes 1 . Now
#5 will be blank. Place your own name and address in the bottom Of the list at
#5, and post this article in at least 200 newsgroups. (there are about a
million) no doubt, that was it.
So after thinking it over, i thought
about trying it. I figured what Have i got to lose is just 6 stamps and rs.60,
right? Then i invested The measly Rs.60.
Well guess what happened? /> Within 7 days....,
I started getting money in the mail! I was
shocked! I figured it would
End soon, but the money just kept coming in.
In my first week,
I made about rs.240, which is four times the money i
invested. By the End second week i had made a total over rs.3, 000 in the third
week i Had over rs.28, 000.00 and it's still growing.
This is now my
fourth week and i have made a total of just over 2, 31,000.00 and it's still
coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth Rs.60, and 6 stamps,
I have
spent more than that on the lottery, but i never got anything Back. Let me tell
you how this works and most importantly, why it Works. Here is a step by step
instruction of what you have to do:
Step 1: Get 6 separate pieces of
paper and write the following on each Piece of paper "please put me on your
mailing list." and then write Your email id, name and address. Now get 6
ten rupee notes and place One inside each of the 6 pieces of paper so the notes
will not be seen Through the envelope to prevent thievery. (for safety, use
brown paper Envelope) what you are doing is creating a service by this. /> This is Absolutely legal!
Mail the 6 envelopes to the following
addresses:
Main database address (don't delete or change it)
Mr.
Subhasish Mukherjee
72/1A, Alipore Road, Kolkata
Pin - 700027 /> Sub addresses:
#1) Mr. Somnath Adhikari
47/H, Durgapur Lane ,
Kolkata
Pin : 700027

#2) J.Mahalakshmi, 62,
Chellapillaiyar Kovil Street, Royapettah, Chennai-14 Tamilnadu, India. />
#3) A.Nigam, 7/564, Sector-7, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow-226021, Uttar
Pradesh, India.

#4) M.Arunkumar, 12/4, Main Road, Gandhinagar,

#5) V.C.Keerthi, 69 Patel
Extension, Ground Floor, 6th Cross, Kagadaspura Main Road, C.V.Raman Post,
Bangalore - 560093, India.
Step 2: Now go to sub addresses and take the
#1 name off (delete) the List that you see above, move the other names up (5
becomes 4, 4 Becomes 3, 3 becomes 2 and 2 becomes no.1)
Now add your
name and address as number 5 on the list. Remember, that You don't change the
main database address.
Step 3: Change only the names and address as in
step 2 and keep this Article as original. Now, post your amended article to
minimum 200 Newsgroups. (There are nearly 25,000 newsgroups (we will provide you
200)) all you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, and the More money
you make!
Step 4: Send an e-mail to: > sbhssh_mkhrj@yahoo.co.in with the
subject "Include me in main database" and with the description "I
have sent to You and to the other 5 up-line members a sum of rupees ten each by
post / courier." send this mail only after you have sent postal mail /
Courier with money to the main member and to the other 5 up-line Members. /> Step 5: You will receive a message sbhssh_mkhrj@yahoo.co.in within an hour
(not 5 minutes) at your mailbox stating that, "you have been added To our
temporary database. And we will,
I) include you in our main database,

Ii) Send you a list of newsgroups where you can post the message, /> Iii) Send you instruction on how to post the message,
Iv) Send you
details about other data entry, transcription, back Office, free subscription
earning programs, online trades, businesses And about other projects on net and

cross-checks and after Confirming the receipt of postal mail/courier from you.

If you do not get any reply from us, even after 12 days from the date Of
sending postal mail/courier, send a mail to sbhssh_mkhrj@yahoo.co.in with The
subject no reply from your side. We would take necessary actions
Immediately."
Directions >>> how to post to newsgroups? /> Step 1)
You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own
posting. Simply put your cursor any where in this letter and press "Ctrl +
A" Key to select all text in this letter, then, Copy from the edit menu.
This will copy the entire letter into the computer memory.
Step 2) /> Open a blank Notepad file and place your cursor at the top of the Blank
page. From the edit menu select paste. This will paste a copy Of the letter into
notepad so that you can add your name to the list at Position #5.
Step
3)
Again go to edit menu, check whether there is a tick-mark near
Word-Wrap. If there is no tick-mark click it. On clicking word wrap a Small
tick-mark will appear near it. If there is no tick-mark near the Word wrap
property, you could not read the file easily. The contents Will not be wrapped
as per the size of the notepad window. It may go Beyond the window size and
would make it difficult for you to read and Edit.
Step 4)
Save
your new notepad file as a .txt file, at safe and easy to find Place. If you
want to do your postings in different sittings, you'll Always have this file to
go back to.
Step 5)
We will send you a list of newsgroups,
forums, and boards to post this Message and other instructions and help on how
to post the message, on The confirmation of your postal mail/courier. /> This would take 1 week or 10 days approximately. In the mean time you Want
to post the message yourself you can do so. You have to find out The newsgroups
yourself.
Use internet Explorer or Netscape and try searching for
various Newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.)
But, remember that you must post the message only after sending the Postal
mail/courier with money. And remember that you should not post Messages in any
Banned sites. (Banned sites are those websites meant For particular group of
people or for a particular product or category Like cell phone, fish, dog,
horse, sports, games, education etc., also Don't post any message in any
government sites and also in network Sites.
Network sites often end with
.net or .org etc., you will get detailed Message about this from Mr. Mukherjee
after the receipt of your postal Mail/courier by him)
Step 6) /> Visit these message boards and post this article. There will be a Button
named "post ad" or "post ads" or "post free ads"
or "list ads" Or "post message" in the message boards and
forums. After clicking that Button you will be asked for details and you will
have to fill it up. Usually you will be asked for the following things. Name:
(type your Name) address: (type your address) company name: (type your name
Itself.) Company add. : (type your address itself.) Email id: (type Your
email-id.)
Heading or title: ("earn good money from home" or
"we make you a millionaire" or "make millions within days"
or "work from home".) Type any one of this in the heading or title
box.
Text or message or description:
Select this page fully and
copy it and then paste it on the message or Description box.
Copy this
page only after suggested changes (i.e. Copy it after you Remove #1 change # 2
to # 4 one step up, and include your name and Address as #5)
*Remember,
the more newsgroups you post in, the more money you make! But You have to post a
minimum of 200. That's it! You will begin receiving Money within days! You may
eventually rent a p.o. Box due to the large Amount of mail you will receive. /> If you wish to stay anonymous, you can invent a name to use, as long as The
postman will deliver it. just make sure all the addresses are Correct. /> Now the question hour:
1) Why should I post to 200 newsgroups? It is
compulsory?
Out of 200 postings, say you receive only 5% response that
is 10 replies (a very Low example). So then you make Rs 100 with your name at #5
on the Letter.
Now, each of the 10 persons who just sent you Rs.10.00
each, make the Minimum 200 postings, each with your name at #4 and only 10
persons Respond to each of the original 10, that is another Rs.1, 000 for you

Now those 10 each make 200 minimum posts with your name at #3 and only
10 get replies each, it will bring in an additional Rs.10, 000!
Now,
those 10 persons turn around and post the minimum 200 with your Name at #2 and
only receive 5% replies each, you will make an Additional Rs.1, 00,000! /> Ok, now here is the fun part, each of those 10 persons post a minimum 200
letters with your name at #1 and they only receive 5% replies that Is 10 replies
each, that just made you Rs 10,00,000!!! A millionaire! That is you!!! And all
this with only 5% response. Imagine in case you Post in more than 200
newsgroups)
2) Do you think that this program will work? And can i also
be a Millionaire?
The thing to remember is, that thousands of people all
over the world Are joining the internet daily and reading these articles
everyday, Just like you are now!! Reports have said, that nearly 30,000 Indians
Join every day in the internet. Out of that nearly more than 60% of People are
joining in internet only in search of earning opportunities. So you have a very
good background to work on. We have a lot of Potential to earn. Another report
says that internet users are Increasing 5 times more every year. I have analyzed
all the reports and Surveys and they all answer only in favor of us. Further
spending rs.60 Plus and some money on mailing 6 envelopes are really easy for
many of Us. We don't demand rupees 5,000 or 2,000 or 1,000 or 500 like others
Do. Apart from all this, i have made rs.2, 12,000 within a month. So You can
join us without any hesitation and i assure that you will also Be a millionaire
soon.
3) What if the plan stops and no one sends you the money? /> A good question. Well, this will never happen. Unemployment increases
Day-by-day. Inflation increases day-by-day. Prices increase day-by-day. In the
same manner people tries to increase their income day-by-day. A Survey has
revealed that nearly 63% of housewives, 55% of retired People, 72% of students
and 75% of workers are in search for an extra Income that they can earn at their
leisure hours. But, they could not Join many of the programs because of its
cost. I'm sure that they will Certainly join in our program. Soon after joining
this program, you Will understand that India is still a land of opportunity. /> 4) What are the benefits I'm getting by joining this program?
You
get many benefits by joining this program. They are I) You can earn a lot by
your down-line members of this program. Ii) Your email id, Name and address will
be included in the main database maintained by Mr. Mukherjee. Iii) As a member
of the main database you will get Information's and reports about new jobs and
business opportunities on Net and offline. This will include new business
opportunities in data Entry, typing jobs, data transcription, data warehousing,
email Processing, programming, referral programs, money making opportunities,
Work from home projects and so on. Iv) By joining in any of the above Said
programs (e.g., data entry), you can make an million. V) You will receive these
reports as and when the opportunities are available. And It's left up to you to
join or not. Some may require investment and some may not.
5) What will
happen if anybody alters the names in the list? Dishonestly?
Don't worry
about that. This is a full-proof plan. We have a Specialized system of program
for tracking the members, their down-line And the direction in which it moves
on. So, it is very easy for us to Find out any sudden deviations in it. Further,
we have a system of Making cross-checks periodically. So any malpractice's can
be found out Easily. And again, we have another system to check whether the
newly Joined member have sent the payment to his/her up-line member. /> Warning: any body that tries to do any misrepresentation, malpractices And
miss- conduct will immediately be terminated from the main database And will be
added to the offensive database maintained. By the Termination from main
database, the person will no longer receive any Information or reports from the
main member.
Further, by including the person in offensive database,
he/she could Never become a member of this program or any other program we
sponsor In future. Apart from this, we would take legal actions against him/her
And would try to punish him/her to the maximum extent possible under Law. /> Some people have tried to put their friends/relatives names on all five
Thinking that they could get all the money. But it does not work this Way. They
were all terminated from the main database and have added up To the offensive
database. Apart from this, the system is tested and Designed in such a manner
that it will not work if it is altered. So do Not try to change anything other
than what is instructed, because if You do, it will not work for you. Remember
don't loose a million for The sake of just 10 rupees.
6) What about
taxes and other things?
It's all left up to you and you have to deal it

MONEY Turn $6 into $6000.00 in two weeks : HOW TO TURN SIX DOLLARS INTO SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS.

READING THIS COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE! IT DOES WORK!

I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it. A little while back, I was browsing through newsgroups, just like you are now, and came across an article similar to this that said you could make thousands of dollars within weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00! So I thought, "Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send $1.00 to each of the 6 names and address stated in the article. You then place your own name and address in the bottom of the list at #6, and post the article in at least 200 newsgroups. (There are thousands) No catch, that was it. So after thinking it over, and talking to a few people first, I thought about trying it. I figured "what have I got to lose except 6 stamps and $6.00, right?" Then I invested the measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!?... within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $25.00. By the end of the second week I had : made a total of over $1,000.00! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and 6 stamps, I have spent more than that on the lottery!! Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, WHY it works... Also, make sure you print a copy of this article NOW, so you can get the information off of it as you need it. I promise you that if you follow the directions exactly, that you will start making more money than you thought possible by doing something so easy! Suggestion: Read this entire message carefully! (print it out or download it.) Follow the simple directions and watch the money come in! It's easy. It's legal. And, your investment is only $6.00 (Plus postage)

IMPORTANT: This is not a rip-off; it is not indecent; it is not illegal; and it is 99%no risk - it really works! If all of the following instructions are adhered to, you will receive extraordinary dividends.

PLEASE NOTE: Please follow these directions EXACTLY, and $50,000 or more can be yours in 20 to 60 days. This program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants. Please continue its success by carefully adhering to the instructions. You will now become part of the Mail Order business. In this business your product is not solid and tangible, it's a service. You are in the business of developing Mailing Lists. Many large corporations are happy to pay big bucks for quality lists. However, the money made from the mailing lists is secondary to the income which is made from people like you and me asking to be included in that list.

Here are the 4 easy steps to success:

STEP 1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write the following on : each piece of paper "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." Now : get 6 US $1.00 bills and place ONE inside EACH of the 6 pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope (to prevent thievery). Next, place one paper in each of the 6 envelopes and seal them. You should now have 6 sealed envelopes, each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase, your name and address, and a $1.00 bill. What you are doing is creating a service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it! Like most of us I was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it all. So I checked it out with the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) and they confirmed that it is indeed legal.

Mail the 6 envelopes to the following addresses:

#1) ROB CHANEY 10121 BROOKLEY ST. JACKSON, MS 39212

#2) BROOKE MCKINNEY 10157 COX GAP RD. BOAZ, AL 35956

#3) VICTOR BELL 5820 N KENMORE CHICAGO, IL 60660 APT. 201

#4) KATHLYN COLIN 102 W. ROGER RD. TUCSON, AZ APT. 1306

#5) K. IRVING 960 NORBOURNE AVE. VINTON, VA 24179

#6) R WILLIAMS 3803 BLOCK DR #136 IRVING TX 75038

STEP 2: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the other names up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc...) and add YOUR Name as number 6 on the list.

STEP 3: Change anything you need to, but try to keep this article as close to original as possible. Now, post your amended article to at least 200 newsgroups. (I think there are close to 24,000 groups) All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make! You won't get very much unless you post like crazy. This is perfectly legal! If you have any doubts, refer to code 18 Sec. 1302 & 1341 of the Postal lottery laws. Keep a copy of these steps for yourself and, whenever you need money, you can use it again, and again. PLEASE REMEMBER that this program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants and by their carefully adhering to the directions. Look at it this way. If you are of integrity, the program will continue and the money that so many others have received will come your way.

NOTE: You may want to retain every name and address sent to you, either on a computer or hard copy and keep the notes people send you. This VERIFIES that you are truly providing a service. (Also, it might be a good idea to wrap the $1 bill in dark paper to reduce the risk of mail theft.) So, as each post is downloaded and the directions carefully followed, six members will be reimbursed for their participation as a List Developer with one dollar each. Your name will move up the list geometrically so that when your name reaches the #1 position you will be receiving thousands of dollars in CASH!!! What an opportunity for only $6.00 ($1.00 for each of the first six people listed above) Send it now, add your own name to the list and you're in business! : ---DIRECTIONS ----- FOR HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS------------

Step 1: You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter and drag your cursor to the bottom of this document, and select 'copy' from the edit menu. This will copy the entire letter into the computer's memory.

Step 2:

Open a blank 'notepad' file and place your cursor at the top of the blank page. From the 'edit' menu select 'paste'. This will paste a copy of the letter into notepad so that you can add your name to the list.

Step 3:

Save your new notepad file as a .txt file. If you want to do your postings in different settings, you'll always have this file to go back to.

Step 4:

Use Netscape or Internet explorer and try searching for various newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.)

Step 5:

Visit these message boards and post this article as a new message by highlighting the text of this letter and selecting paste from the edit menu. Fill in the Subject, this will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group, click the post message button. You're done with your first one! Congratulations...THAT'S IT! ***REMEMBER, if you don't ask for the service, USE OF THIS LETTER WILL BE ILLEGAL FOR YOU.

All you have to do is jump to different newsgroups and post away, after you get the hang of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup! **REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE! BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 200** That's it! You will begin receiving money from around the world within days! You may eventually want to rent a P.O.Box due to the large amount of mail you will receive. If you wish to stay anonymous, you can invent a name to use, as long as the postman will deliver it. **JUST MAKE SURE ALL THE ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT.**

Now, each of the 5 persons who just sent me $1.00 make the MINIMUM 200 postings, each with my name at #5 and only 5 persons respond to each of the original 5, that is another $25.00 for me, now those 25 each make 200 MINIMUM posts with my name at #4 and only 5 replies each, I will bring in an additional $125.00! Now, those 125 persons turn around and post the MINIMUM 200 with my name at #3 and only receive 5 replies each, I will make an additional $625.00! OK, now here is the fun part, each of those 625 persons post a MINIMUM 200 letters with my name at #2 and they each only receive 5 replies, that just made me $3,125.00!!! Those 3,125 persons will all deliver this message to 200 newsgroups with my name at #1 and if still 5 persons per 200 newsgroups react I will receive $15,625,00! With an original investment of only $6.00! AMAZING! When your name is no longer on the list, you just take the latest posting in the newsgroups, and send out another $6.00 to names on the list, putting your name at number 6 again. And start posting again. The thing to remember is do you realize that thousands of people all over the world are joining the internet and reading these articles everyday?, JUST LIKE YOU are now!! So, can you afford $6.00 and see if it really works?? I think so... People have said, "what if the plan is played out and no one sends you the money? So what! What are the chances of that happening when there are tons of new honest users and new honest people who are joining the internet and newsgroups everyday and are willing to give it a try? Estimates are at 20,000 to 50,000 new users, every day, with thousands of those joining the actual internet. Remember, play FAIRLY and HONESTLY and this will really work.

Step 6) Visit these message boards and post this article. There will be a Button named "post ad" or "post ads" or "post free ads" or "list ads" Or "post message" in the message boards and forums. After clicking that Button you will be asked for details and you will have to fill it up. Usually you will be asked for the following things. If you wish to stay anonymous, you can invent a name to use, as long as The postman will deliver it. **just make sure all the addresses are Correct. **

Now the question hour:

1) Why should I post to 200 newsgroups? It is compulsory?

Out of 200 postings, say you receive only 5% response that is 10 replies (a very Low example). So then you make Rs 100 with your name at #5 on the Letter.
Now, each of the 10 persons who just sent you Rs.10.00 each, make the Minimum 200 postings, each with your name at #4 and only 10 persons Respond to each of the original 10, that is another Rs.1, 000 for you
Now those 10 each make 200 minimum posts with your name at #3 and only 10 get replies each, it will bring in an additional Rs.10, 000!
Now, those 10 persons turn around and post the minimum 200 with your Name at #2 and only receive 5% replies each, you will make an Additional Rs.1, 00,000!
Ok, now here is the fun part, each of those 10 persons post a minimum 200 letters with your name at #1 and they only receive 5% replies that Is 10 replies each, that just made you Rs 10,00,000!!! A millionaire! That is you!!! And all this with only 5% response. Imagine in case you Post in more than 200 newsgroups)

2) Do you think that this program will work? And can i also be a Millionaire?

The thing to remember is, that thousands of people all over the world Are joining the internet daily and reading these articles everyday, Just like you are now!! Reports have said, that nearly 30,000 Indians Join every day in the internet. Out of that nearly more than 60% of People are joining in internet only in search of earning opportunities. So you have a very good background to work on. We have a lot of Potential to earn. Another report says that internet users are Increasing 5 times more every year. I have analyzed all the reports and Surveys and they all answer only in favor of us. Further spending rs.60 Plus and some money on mailing 6 envelopes are really easy for many of Us. We don't demand rupees 5,000 or 2,000 or 1,000 or 500 like others Do. Apart from all this, i have made rs.2, 12,000 within a month. So You can join us without any hesitation and i assure that you will also Be a millionaire soon.

3) What if the plan stops and no one sends you the money?

A good question. Well, this will never happen. Unemployment increases Day-by-day. Inflation increases day-by-day. Prices increase day-by-day. In the same manner people tries to increase their income day-by-day. A Survey has revealed that nearly 63% of housewives, 55% of retired People, 72% of students and 75% of workers are in search for an extra Income that they can earn at their leisure hours. But, they could not Join many of the programs because of its cost. I'm sure that they will Certainly join in our program. Soon after joining this program, you Will understand that India is still a land of opportunity.

4) What are the benefits I'm getting by joining this program?

You get many benefits by joining this program. They are I) You can earn a lot by your down-line members of this program. II) Your email id, Name and address will be included in the main database maintained by Mr. Bharath. III) As a member of the main database you will get Information's and reports about new jobs and business opportunities on Net and offline. This will include new business opportunities in data Entry, typing jobs, data transcription, data warehousing, email Processing, programming, referral programs, money making opportunities, Work from home projects and so on. IV) By joining in any of the above Said programs (e.g., data entry), you can make an million. V) You will receive these reports as and when the opportunities are available. And It's left up to you to join or not. Some may require investment and some may not.

5) What will happen if anybody alters the names in the list? Dishonestly?

Don't worry about that. This is a full-proof plan. We have a Specialized system of program for tracking the members, their down-line And the direction in which it moves on. So, it is very easy for us to Find out any sudden deviations in it. Further, we have a system of Making cross-checks periodically. So any malpractice's can be found out Easily. And again, we have another system to check whether the newly Joined member have sent the payment to his/her up-line member.

Warning:

any body that tries to do any misrepresentation, malpractices And miss- conduct will immediately be terminated from the main database And will be added to the offensive database maintained. By the Termination from main database, the person will no longer receive any Information or reports from the main member.
Further, by including the person in offensive database, he/she could Never become a member of this program or any other program we sponsor In future. Apart from this, we would take legal actions against him/her And would try to punish him/her to the maximum extent possible under Law.
Some people have tried to put their friends/relatives names on all five Thinking that they could get all the money. But it does not work this Way.They were all terminated from the main database and have added up To the offensive database. Apart from this, the system is tested and Designed in such a manner that it will not work if it is altered. So do Not try to change anything other than what is instructed, because if You do, it will not work for you. Remember don't loose a million for The sake of just 10 rupees.

6) What about taxes and other things?

It's all left up to you and you have to deal it.
