Subject: Oh you are so right! I'm personally sick of reading about all this bashing on here and all the meaness that these free boards inspire.

I agree with your post about the bashing, but you are a pageant director with a website, photo contest, and a banner-maker... so who are you kidding ?? The Internet is not to blame for bashing, bashing existed in pageantry just like in any other activity, it just wasnt that obvious. The Internet is not responsible for $1200 dresses and $300 H/M artists that, by the way, YOU advertise for. The persons responsible for the "new pageantry" are the pageant directors. They are the ones who charge $700 entry fees, allow COI and get judges that expect a 12 month old child to have shoulder-length curls. It's a bit too easy to blame everything on the Net. We made our bed and now we lie in it.
