Hello Nobody.
Sunny DAy in Adachi, waiting for the wife to shead the comfortable hat of Sleepyness.
When she does we will go somewhere interesting for Shopping and wandering (maybe Shibuya) and on to the biggest flat in Tokyo for dinner with a friend.
So all is well.

At the moment we are trying to decide which flat to go for in the Govt lottery. Interesting thing. Many flats all over, owned by the govt were vacated in the last year are made available (you still have to rent them) to the winner of the lottery of those who apply. The better ones, or at least the ones in the best places, are heavily applied for so difficult to get. All flats tend to be modern an good value compared to there private counterparts (where we live now).
The best flat availible is in Kita-Senju. Near a big station, many Shops and Restaraunt, above a library and right next to the river. Great but last time 1 was available 24 people applied. So a low chance. On the other end of the scale are some flats near us (in our cheap area) with only 2 people applying last time. Not that our area is bad (just a little far out) and if we got this one we would be as we are now but with a better home. Its just that we could get nearer the centre and maybe higher up in the Sky (one of the flats in between these two extreems could be on the 30th floor, which would be wicked)

So the point is do we go for a high chance low imrovement, or gamble on a low chance high improvement?

We shall See. Given that we are fine where we are now its its a fun game rather than a serious plan.

So thats a story from my life for you.

Right then. Time.

To make the game more intense, why not enter your own house in some sort of lottery? No fun gambling without the fear of losing everything...I think.

Lottery for housing? Tiger economy? Mickey mouse more like!
