Anytime people state that UBF training is human-centered, UBF leaders' treatment of coworkers and sheep is mean-spirited and heartless, and/or that various directions cannot be backed with scripture, they are rebuked for using human reasoning. Thus, UBF dismisses their critics and questioning sheep has just having human thinking or thinking from man's point of view rather than God's point of view. I am sure that many of us ex-UBF members recall our shepherds answering our questions or disagreements as just human thinking or human reasoning.
One response I should have given was that UBF leaders can be given direction based on human reasoning or human thinking as much they claim sheep are. Of course we know the answer from UBF leaders: 'We are God's servants who have been given authority over you, so our direction is from God.'
