Ok, so when churches ask for offering, are we to not give?

Why should we?
Do you give money to anyone who asks for money?
A Christian is to be a gracious giver, but please remember: we should give in a righteous way. If you give money to someone who will use that money for a forced abortion or to pay some bribes to get some illegal activity covered up - then you might as well give the money to drug dealers so they can buy a new gun. Does this sound okay?
You do not know where the money in UBF is going, and you get no financial audits. Much of the UBF money is being misappropriated (please, do you think that EACH AND EVERY chapter of UBF in Europe and America needs to offer somethink like $25k so Moscow can buy a Bible house? And how come in the end, the Moscow missionaries had to find a way to buy the Bible house without external funding? Where did all the money go?)

Or are we talking about when UBF leaders randomly ask for money, excluding Sunday offering?

Sunday offerings are not necessary.
I have long since decided a practice where I give an unspecified portion of my finances to people in need (in case you don't know anyone, get the North Korea or Rwanda telephone book, anyone living in that country who is NOT listed there is probably in need!) and I find this kind of money usage much more appropriate. I know where my money is going, and I know that it's being spent wisely. People who can't even afford electricity in their homes and who live on some 20 cent a day with 4 people are much more happy about my money than some Benoit Bank Account where your "offering" is just the fifth or sixth digit from the left.

And NOT ALL UBF LEADERS ask for money for their children or their own usage. I'm sorry that there are some UBF leaders that do that, that's really horrible.

No, they never ask for money for themselves. They ask for World Mission offerings, but somehow they manage to fund their children some medical education and a $10k worth of hightech equipment... and that money comes from heavens, right?
But please realize that even Sarah Barry is asking for further money for UBF even though she admitted that vast riches are already accumulated and still growing.
Please answer for me this one question:

why does UBF not use up existing monies before asking for new money?
