The only thing it would affect would be the resonating cavity in your nose, and that would depend on what kind of sugery you'd have, if it would even involve reshaping the nose's structure. If that is the case, the change to the resonant space would be very minimal, if undetectable. it would not change your voice. Plus, if you are just resonating in your nose and not using your pharynx for resonance, you have bigger problems than just a misshapen nose. Don't worry about it at all.
