Subject: Actually, as I am sure Mercedes knows, a nice meal can include steaks topped with two fried eggs, a generous portion of beef tongue, and several varieties of beef soup--notably an excellent wine-spiked asado borracho teeming with carrot, onion, tomato, red and green peppers, and a hard-boiled egg.

In reply to: Take it to the bank! 's message, "I think that both the M.C. person and Hillary should be fed Mercede's spiked Borracho beans. For flavor, add milk and vinegar and V8!" on Sat, May 10, 2008 2:09:16

There's also duck--a generous leg, thigh, and breast lightly deep-fried and served with a trio of starches: rehydrated potatoes mixed with eggs, rice, and boiled potato. You can have the same plate with a juicy fried quail instead. Ummmmm good!!!!!!!!!

Mercedes is the Borracho Bean expert so she should have the final say. My advice, though, reading the mix of ingredients is simply DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME! (Your post is a joke, right?)IMDLSun, May 11, 2008 6:57:53
