The word Pimp could be used for many things. Pimping Chelsea out could mean that Chelsea is being used to help get voters out including bringing younger voters out to vote for Chelsea's mother. Hillary's outburst and outrage over the word seems to hurt her even more since the word by Shuster was not racist or anything.
