He wants to send an extra $850 billion to Africa under his global poverty act. This is above and beyond what we are already spending on foreign aid. Hillary would keep the war going and spend untold billions on health care until she bankrupts the country. Basically, under her plan, we will pay more for health care and get less coverage. Given the choice between Obama and Hillary, I would have to support Obama. I don't think Obama is corrupt; I know the Clintons are.
